Shipping & Delivery
Website orders within South Africa will be delivered free of charge.
If you would like a shipping quote to another country please contact us, we will be happy to help.
Please note: All orders take approximately 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.

Privacy & Security
When you register or place an order with us, we ask for information such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. We will only use your telephone number if we need to contact you if there is a problem with your order or to organize delivery. All this is necessary to process your request or order and will not be given out to any 3rd parties. If for any reason, you are unsure about the personal and account information we are holding in your name, please contact our customer service team. They will happily review your file and update the records if required. You can contact our customer service team by email.
Returns & Replacements
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please return it to us within 14 days in its original condition for a full refund. Please ensure the products has been unused, unwashed and still with the original packing. We will not refund the shipping costs unless there is a product or manufacturing fault.

- You can set up your gift list up to 6 months prior to your wedding date. This will ensure that all the gifts you require will be available when your guests purchase them.
- How much does it cost to set up a wedding list?
- Nothing, the service is absolutely free to both you and your guests, including free delivery to an address in South Africa.
- How do I set up my Gift List?
- Our Gift Registry service we will send you a detailed list of exactly who purchased each item as well as their postal address, to assist you with your Thank You cards.
- What happens if I receive a duplicate gift?
- Once a guest has purchased a chosen gift it is automatically marked off as sold on your gift list. In the unlikely event of a duplication happening, we will exchange or refund the duplicate.
