Bespoke, personalised, embroidered and made-to-order products may vary slightly due to the handmade or customised nature of the item.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, stock errors or omissions at any time.
If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before proceeding.
When placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
An order is only accepted once payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
For bespoke or embroidered items, please check all spelling, initials, colours and sizing before placing your order.
Payment must be made through the available payment methods shown at checkout.
Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
Website orders within South Africa qualify for free delivery on orders over R500.
For orders under R500, a delivery fee of R65 will apply within South Africa.
If you would like a shipping quote for delivery outside South Africa, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Please note that orders take approximately 2–3 weeks for delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page or confirmed by us.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by stock availability, production time, courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Non-faulty products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Bespoke, personalised, embroidered and made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly supplied.
